One of my friend had a battery problem in HP Laptop. This is the interesting chat he had with the support personal. Due to Privacy concern all the personal data has be removed from the chat.

Recently my battery is showing some abnormal behavior
1.Battery
is not getting fully charged.It gets only charged to 98%or 99%. After
being 99 or 98 % charged its not getting fully charged even though i
plug in for 8-10hrs.
2.System often gets shut down all of a sudden when the battery
status is about 30%.After getting switched off so, i was able to start
the system only by plugging in.
